Using permissions: You must have permission to present which allows you to present content during a meeting, draw on the whiteboard, upload and share slides, and share your screen.
Control and change meeting content: If you have permission to do so, you can control a screen or application that someone else is sharing or you can use the annotation tools to annotate a file during a meeting.
Responding to a poll: A poll is a question that the chair asks everyone in the meeting. You respond to the poll to answer the question.
Raising your hand: You can raise your hand to get the chair's attention when you have something to say.
Responding to an invitation: If you are invited to a breakout session or chat with multiple chat partners, you can respond to the invitation privately, join the breakout session or chat, or decline the invitation.
